Local Delivery ( Normal Mail )
All local deliveries ( Normal Mail ) are arranged via Singapore Post.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the total product weight which includes the product(s) in your order as well as
protective packing materials. The delivery fees will be automatically calculated and reflected in your Shopping Cart.

Upon dispatch, local deliveries generally take between 2 to 3 Business Days to reach your delivery address.
If no one is home when delivery is attempted, a delivery advice will be issued to you. The parcel will be deposited at a
designated post office for 10 Business Days from the date of delivery attempt and you may collect it during that period of
time. Do bring along your NRIC for identification during collection.

International Delivery
We engage Singapore Post for all international deliveries. You will be subjected to the mailing rates stated by Singapore Post, excluding import taxes, duties or any other fees related to international delivery. The delivery fees will be
automatically calculated and reflected in your shopping cart. All international orders will be sent via Singapore Post
registered Airmail.

Under normal conditions delivery time ranges from 8-15 Business Days depending on the country of delivery. During
busy periods like Christmas, it can take a few days longer.
